Case against drone: Imran says party will brief media on FIR
PTI chief says Interpol will be contacted for help, if required.

Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chief Imran Khan said on Tuesday that his party’s spokesperson will brief the media on the first information report registered on the Hangu drone attack and an investigation will decide who is responsible.
“Interpol can be contacted for help after fixing of responsibility,” Imran added.
He was talking to media after offering condolence with PTI Lahore president Abdul Aleem Khan on the death of his mother.
Responding to a question, Imran said K-P Chief Minister Pervaiz Khattak in a letter to Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif drew attention of the premier towards Article 148 of the Constitution that puts responsibility on the federation to protect its units against any foreign aggression, Imran said.
The provincial government will neither shoot down drones nor approach the UN Security Council directly, to seek justice; therefore, it was decided that the federal government would be asked to stop aggression in the province, Imran said.
“If the PTI government was in the centre, we would have definitely shot down drones and approached the Security Council for justice but the present government resorted to delaying tactics on this issue,” Imran added.
