Illegal weapons: ATC remands suspect to police custody
An Anti-Terrorism Court remanded an activist of a banned outfit to police custody on Saturday till Nov 18.

An Anti-Terrorism Court remanded an activist of a banned outfit to police custody on Saturday till Nov 18 in a case pertaining to the possession of illegal weapons. The accused, Shekh Adil Abuzar, was brought to the court amid tight security. The investigation officer requested the court for more time to conduct further interrogations. According to the prosecution, Abuzar was arrested in a raid near Baloch Colony on October 25. He was subsequently booked in several cases pertaining to the possession of illegal arms and explosive material. According to police sources, two hand grenades, 30 bullets and two kalashnikovs were seized from his possession.
