Punjab Games to begin next week
The 71st Punjab Games will now finally be held in Lahore from October 24 to 26 announces the Punjab Sports Board.

The 71st Punjab Games will now finally be held in Lahore from October 24 to 26, featuring around 2,500 athletes in 26 sports disciplines, announced the Punjab Sports Board. The Games, which were postponed earlier due to security concerns, now have a revised programme with 18 events for men and eight for women.
The zones competing in the Games are Lahore, Gujranwala, Rawalpindi, Sargodha, Faisalabad, Multan, Bahawalpur and Dera Ghazi Khan. The competitions will be held across a total of 23 venues that include all Punjab Sports Board accredited complexes, schools and colleges.
