Development programme: Eleven PTCL officers selected

Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL) has said that it is celebrating the success of its top talent as 11 out of 15 nominated employees have been selected for Etisalat Group’s High Potential Development Programme. These employees with strong leadership potential have qualified for the programme after undergoing an extremely competitive and rigorous assessment process undertaken by reputed international consultants in which high performers from 17 countries, where Etisalat is operating, participated, PTCL says in a press release. The development programme is supported by top-notch partners such as Duke University Corporate Education, Informa Telecoms Academy and Harvard Manage Mentors. This platform presents opportunities for training and development, networking, hands-on experience of real business challenges and bright prospects for international exposure through international assignments. Last year, four members of the PTCL’s talent pool graduated from the programme.
