Islamabad thrashed Azad Jammu and Kashmir 17-0 in the 9th National Women Championship’s Group D match at the Jinnah Stadium yesterday.


Islamabad recorded the biggest win of the championship with a double hat-trick from Abiha Bibi, whereas Kainat Fatima scored five goals.

Meanwhile, Balochistan United WFC also registered a massive 9-0 win against the provincial team from Balochistan at the Agha Khan Gymkhana, while another match at the same venue saw Diya FC defeat Sindh 2-0.

In today’s fixture, Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa will play  against Gilgit-Baltistan in Group C and Vehari FC will take on Wapda.
