Balochistan unrest: BRP leader’s son killed in Khuzdar
BRP alleges that security forces were behind the murder and announces a shutter down strike.

Two people, including son of a prominent leader of Baloch Republican Party (BRP), were killed in two separate incidents of firing in troubled Khuzdar district. According to local police officer, unidentified armed men pulled down Waqar Naseer Baloch from a passenger bus and shot him on the night between Tuesday and Wednesday in Wadh area of Khuzdar district. The victim was party’s South Korea’s organiser and son of BRP leader Naseer Baloch. The party alleged that the security forces were behind the murder and announced a shutter down strike. Separately, unidentified people killed a tribal leader, Abdul Ghayas Muhammad Hassani, near Koshk area of Khuzdar district.
