Women football: Balochistan United WFC win campaign opener 2-0

Balochistan United WFC and Diya WFC began their campaign at the National Women Football Championship 2013 in style yesterday.


Balochistan United WFC defeated Sindh in a Group A match in Karachi as Khadija scored the opening goal in the 10th minute of the match, while Naina sealed victory in the 51st.

Similarly, Karachi’s top club Diya WFC crushed Balochistan 2-0. Afshan Altaf scored in the 23rd minute and Shiba Khan doubled the lead in the 46th to claim victory.
