Balochistan crime: Two shopkeepers shot dead in Quetta
Police said investigation is at its infancy stage but it seems that twin killing was result of a personal enmity.

Gunmen shot dead two shopkeepers on Masjid Road in Quetta. Police said investigation is at its infancy stage but it seems that the twin killing was the result of a personal enmity. “Unknown persons opened fire at them when they were sitting inside their shop. Slain people belonged to Khetran tribe,” said Abid Bukhari, station house officer (SHO) of the city police station. Separately, in another incident, two bullet-riddled bodies were found from Surnan area of Panjgur district on Friday morning. According to local police, the bodies were lying near a destroyed vehicle. The bodies were shifted to District Headquarters Hospital for autopsies. “Bodies bore multiple marks of bullet wounds,” hospital sources said. The motive behind the murder could not be ascertained, however. The police are investigating both the cases.
