Contempt of court: LDA director general summoned
The court has summoned Cheema on November 28.
LAHORE:
The Lahore High Court on Friday issued a contempt of court notice to Lahore Development Authority (LDA) Director General Ahad Cheema. The court issued the order on a petition filed by Muhammad Hayat who said the LDA director general was not allotting him a plot despite court orders. He said he had earlier approached the court with his problem and LDA had been directed to transfer ownership of the plot. The court has summoned Cheema on November 28.
