LAHORE:

A judge has sought comments from the Kot Lakhpat SHO in a petition filed by a man seeking a case against his brother for allegedly stealing a mobile phone.

Petitioner Muhammad Sagheer submitted that his family had kicked his younger brother Kabeer out of the house because he was abusive and lazy. A few days ago, he said, Kabeer came to the house to visit his mother. When he had left, the family found that a mobile phone was missing. He called Kabeer and told him to return the phone, but Kabeer, he said, responded by threatening to ransack the house. Sagheer asked the court to direct the SHO to register a case against Kabeer.
