Child custody: SHO told to recover minors from father
Wife had converted from Christianity to Islam in 2009 in order to marry Muhammad Salman.

An additional district and sessions judge has directed the Shahdara SHO to recover two children from their father and produce them in court on October 24.
She said that she later developed differences with her husband and he kicked her out of the house while keeping the children. She said that she and notable citizens in their neighbourhood later approached her husband and asked him to hand over the children, but he refused. She asked the court to direct the SHO to recover the children.

Sahiba Bibi submitted that she had converted from Christianity to Islam in 2009 in order to marry Muhammad Salman. They have two children: Nazir, 2, and Sheraz, 1.
She said that she later developed differences with her husband and he kicked her out of the house while keeping the children. She said that she and notable citizens in their neighbourhood later approached her husband and asked him to hand over the children, but he refused. She asked the court to direct the SHO to recover the children.
