Polio awareness: Larkana celebrates world polio day
With as many as 200 people expected to attend, including senior doctors, a packed day of activities was organised.

District health officer, Larkana, Dr Khalilullah Shaikh has issued orders to observe world polio day in Larkana on October 25. Preparations have been finalised to observe the day in Overseas Pakistanis Foundation School. With as many as 200 people expected to attend, including senior doctors, a packed day of activities has been organised. The programme includes a speech competition, quiz competition on polio, multimedia presentation and a routine immunisation. The children have also prepared a theatre performance for the occasion.
