Flood affected: ‘Goods to be distributed after Eid’

Islamic Help Foundation to distribute daily use items among 2,200 flood affected families in and around Rajanpur.

MULTAN: The Islamic Help Foundation on Sunday announced it would distribute daily use items among 2,200 flood affected families in and around Rajanpur. Muhammad Khalilur Rehmani, the foundation’s chief executive officer, said winter bags containing goods for a family of five would be distributed ahead of winter. “Each bag contains blankets, clothes and an anti-mosquito kit.” He said, “The bags would be delivered immediately after Eidul Azha.” Rehmani said foundation had also launched a campaign to register the flood-hit people in south Punjab. The foundation would not abandon people in need of help, he added.
