Land dispute: Man kills brother, injures nephew
Police have registered an FIR against the accused for murder and attempted murder.
CHARSADDA:
A man allegedly gunned down his brother and injured his nephew over a land dispute in Azizabad village, Nissata on Friday. Police official Nasrullah Khan said Lal Zaman was involved in a land dispute with his brothers Wisal and Dost Muhammad, as a result of which he opened fire on Wisal and his son Adil. Wisal died on the spot, while Adil was injured. “The accused went to kill Dost Muhammad after opening fire at Wisal and Adil, who survived but was seriously injured,” added Khan. Police have registered an FIR against the accused for murder and attempted murder.
