KARACHI: Two armed men riding a motorcycle threw a low-intensity grenade at a factory on Friday. While there were initial reports that the incident, which took place near Chamra Chowrangi within the limits of the Korangi Industrial Area police station, was due to refusal of extortion money, the reports have been denied by the authorities. The unidentified persons dumped the hand grenade due to fear of getting caught, with the grenade later exploding due to the heat, according to SHO Imdad Talpur.
