ISLAMABAD:
Balochistan Chief Minister Dr Abdul Malik Baloch has said that maximum relief and rescue operation had been completed in the earthquake-affected areas. He said that about 35,000 tents and 7,500 food packets were distributed among the victims. The rehabilitation of the earthquake victims was a big challenge for the government, he added, saying that expertise of ERA and other institutions was being taken for relief operation and construction work. The CM appealed to the people to participate in the rehabilitation of the Awaran people. He appreciated the Pakistan army, volunteers and NGOs for playing responsible role during the relief work.
