Speedy construction: Zulfikarabad terminal completion
The construction of the boundary wall, ablution and prayer area and 128 bathrooms was in the final stages.

The Zulfikarabad oil tankers parking terminal needs to be built soon so that it can reduce the traffic burden on the city, said Karachi Metropolitan Corporation administrator Saqib Ahmed Soomro in a statement on Monday. This joint project was being carried out in collaboration with the federal and provincial governments along with oil companies, he said. Soomro said that 74 per cent of the construction work in the first phase of the Zulfikarabad Oil Terminal was complete. The construction of the boundary wall, ablution and prayer area and 128 bathrooms was in the final stages. A drainage system was being laid so that no problems surface later, he said.
