He also said that Mullah Baradar has not been given to any country.
Mullah Baradar is the Afghan Taliban second-in-command who was released by Pakistan on September 21.
"Pakistan is in favour of the peace talks between Afghan government and Afghan Taliban and will provide support regarding the negotiations," he added.
Background
Indian President Pranab Mukherjee on October 4 had accused Pakistan of slipping into the dangerous orbit of terrorism and called upon the neighbouring country to stop the export of state-sponsored terrorism to India.
“Terrorist activities must be curbed. And state-sponsored terrorism can never be accepted,” Mukherjee had said.
The Indian leader’s remarks came in an interview with Euronews ahead of his visit to Belgium. “Therefore, we have repeatedly been asking (Pakistan) to dismantle the terrorist outfits which are located in their area,” he said.
In response to the allegations, Pakistan’s Foreign Office issued statements condemning terrorism in any form and said that nations had to work together to eliminate militancy.
“Nations need to work together to defeat this common enemy,” said Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Aizaz Ahmed Chaudhry in response to Mukherjee’s interview.

Only India is the base of terrorism in Balochistan because India wants to separate Balochistan from Pakistan this is why India is supporting Separatist Balochi people.....
Some Chinese supporting pakistan in the comments must know that India has bombs which can hit any part of China. If both countries attack India, it will be doom for all the three, plus most of the other neighbours. We dont want this, but if you want, we are ready.

The problem with Pakistanis is that they are given the opium of "hate" right from the beginning of the school.They are taught how cunning the hinuds are and how greats were the Muslims invaders howeber they are not told that their ancestors were killed and displaced by those invaders. By the time these guys reach to universities, they are already radicalized into anti India and anti Hindu extremists. some of these Pakistanis are lucky enough to get some "normal" education out of Pakistan and they realize what kind of twisted history they were taught all their lives. For most of them it is too late to re visit the history. For others it is really frustrating. I think they all should be given a crash course of history by Tareq Fatheh to show them the mirror. May be they will drown in their own shame then.

@Latif: Man you are in delusion.Who told you India got problems with its neighbors other than Pakistan.FYI these are the facts: 1.Nepal-With whom India has an open border,no need of visas for Nepalese to visit India and vice versa.So too is the relationship in the political levels,warm and co-operative. 2.Bangladesh-Heads of state visit each other regularly and take a position for the betterment of its people.Recently in 2012 Indian PM gave a loan of USD1billion to Bangladesh for developmental activities. 3.SriLanka-India trained its army personnel,provided logistical support in its war against LTTE.Now India has taken up a role of supporting and rehabilitating the survivors of war,which both sides in that country appreciated. 4.Maldives-A muslim country,where the presidential candidate who led after first round of elections said that he feels more close to India tan any other country in the world.Remember this is when China is trying to make it Anti Indian at all costs.Public also has a similar view on India. 5.Myanmar-Another friendly country where there is considerable Indian investment and goodwill. 6.Bhutan-May be small in size but has the best of relations with India 7.China-Even with a history of war trust deficit and border ambiguity let me inform that not a single shot has been fired between both the armies for a very very long time.Border with China is nearly double that with Pakistan.The leaders realize that war is not a solution but talks and constructive acts. There may be occasional hiccups in the relations with these nations,but trust me India wants to keep a healthy relationship with its neighbors and it is reciprocated as well. @arun: India cannot afford to get into a proxy war with Pakistan. Because if it did, Pakistan would bleed India to death. Not only would you forget all the hoopla over Mumbai attacks, terrorism etc. instead you would be here on news websites reading items on Khalistan, Republic of Nagaland and Manipur, Independent Kashmir etc. and India will become history. If they would like to go to Pakistan or India , It would have satisfied your inquisitiveness about India being irritant . Mr Mukherjee, can you answer simple question, that why despite Bangladesh becoming a country, most Bangladeshis don't like India? Same also goes for Sri Lankans, Nepalis that I have met, most have negative opinion of India and view it as an unneccessary irritant that just has to be put up with every now and then. Have you ever wondered that despite India's consistent shor machao approach and loud rhetoric, Pakistan's response is always calculated? What it shows is that India's rhetoric has little credibility in front of Pakistan and Pakistan does not show any hoot to India's claims. India's position has become nuisance value just like the country itself. Pakistan will continue to support Kashmir's self-determination as long as India continues its export of state terrorism into Balochistan and against Kashmiris and continues its illegal occupation of Indian occupied Kashmir.
Before that, India must stop single-handedly all export of its terrorism industry in Balochistan (which Pakistan is containing on its behalf) and must also unconditionally hand over Jammu and Kashmir to Pakistan.
