Motive unknown: Man kills wife, injures brother
Both were shifted to King Abdullah Teaching Hospital.

A man stabbed his wife to death and shot and injured his brother in Baffa area, according to a report filed with the police on Friday. Police quoted Shah Khel of Tanda village saying he was home when his elder brother Salim came and opened fire at him with a 30-bore pistol, injuring Shah severely. The accused then turned towards his wife Samina Bibi and stabbed her with a dagger, added Shah. Both were shifted to King Abdullah Teaching Hospital where Bibi was pronounced dead while Shah was admitted. The motive behind the murder could not yet be ascertained, said the police.
