No more football with victims' skulls for Lyari gang war criminal

Notorious criminals Sattar Khizri Baloch and Uzairullah arrested from Lahore.

LAHORE/KARACHI:
Two notorious criminals involved in Lyari gang war were arrested in two separate raids in Lahore, Express News reported.

Sattar Khizri Baloch was arrested from Mughal Pura Railway Colony and Uzairullah was arrested in a separate raid at a hotel in Anarkali.

The two raids were carried out by the Karachi police with support from the Lahore police.

These two notorious criminals were involved in incidents of target killing and extortion. It is believed that Uzairullah used to play football with his victims skulls, Express News reported.

Earlier, another infamous figure in the Lyari gang war Buledi was arrested by the Lahore police along with two of his companions, Zubair and Junaid.


He was wanted for murder, attempted murder, kidnapping for ransom and several other cases, the police said, adding that Buledi was presented before several courts in connection with different cases for remand.

Karachi operation

Three suspects accused of kidnapping for ransom and extortion were arrested today in Karachi.

The arrests were made from Karachi’s Garden and Lyari areas.

SSP Faisal Bashir during a press conference said that two of the suspects – Zahid and Kashif - belong to Muttahida Quami Movement (MQM), while Zahoor was affiliated with a Lyari gang.

Bashir said five cases of murder were filed against each of the MQM suspects each.
