Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif called Afghan President Hamid Karzai on Thursday, as the two leaders exchanged views on bilateral relations between the two countries. They also discussed the efforts made to promote cooperation for peace in the region. Nawaz assured the Afghan president that Pakistan will continue to play its role for peace and prosperity in the neighbouring country.
