PAF jump to third place after 4-1 win

PAF bounced back in style as they thrashed Lyallpur FC 4-1 in their Pakistan Premier Football League (PPFL) match at the Railway Stadium in Lahore yesterday.
After a 3-0 defeat to Wapda in their last match, PAF found their focus against debutants Lyallpur FC in their seventh match of the season. Muhammad Junaid scored twice for PAF to ensure victory.
With the result, PAF registered their third win of the season out of seven matches as they lost two and drew two. They have replaced NBP in third place with 11 points.
Meanwhile, Lyallpur FC have failed to win any match in the league so far and have drawn one out of five matches.
