Three people were killed and several injured in an explosion that took place in Achini Bala area of Peshawar late on Thursday, Express News reported.

Rescue teams have been alerted and are on their way to the site of the explosion.
"The injured are being taken to the Hayatabad Medical Complex," reported Ehtisham Khan, Express News correspondent.
