Robbery: Man killed, girl injured
Sagheer resisted the robbers after seeing them manhandle his mother.

Unknown robbers on Tuesday broke into a house in the jurisdiction of Sadiqabad Police Station and killed a man before making off with cash and gold. The police said that armed robbers knocked on the door of a house owned by Muhammad Sagheer in Haroon Chowk on Kurri Road. After Sagheer’s daughter opened the door, the robbers entered the house and began to steal valuables. Wahab Sagheer, an electrician, resisted the robbers after seeing them manhandle his mother. The robbers opened fire on him, leaving him dead, while his eight-year old sister also received bullet injuries before fleeing the scene.
