Land fraud: Assistant commissioner granted bail
The case is pending before Islamabad High Court.

The Lahore High Court on Monday granted protective bail to Assistant Commissioner Malik Farrukh Nadeem accused of involvement in an Islamabad land fraud case. The assistant commissioner appeared before the court along with his counsel Babar Awan. Awan argued that more facts of the case were yet to be uncovered. He said his client wanted to join the investigation of the case. He asked for interim bail for his client. The court granted interim bail to the assistant commissioner till September 20. The case is pending before Islamabad High Court.
