Weapons seizure: G-15 suspect’s remand extended
Tarnol police arrests Mohammad Shoaib Andarabi after large quantity of weapons was seized from his residence.
ISLAMABAD:
A local court on Saturday extended judicial remand of a suspect to seven days in a case involving seizure of arms and explosives. Mohammad Shoaib Andarabi, a nephew of Kashmiri leader Asiya Andarabi, the founder of Dukhtaran-i-Millat (DeM) in Jammu and Kashmir, was arrested by the Tarnol police on September 7 from a house in Sector G-15/1 after a large quantity of weapons including four remote-controlled planes filled with explosives were seized there. Civil Judge Inamullah Khan also directed the police to produce him on September 21.
