Dues recovery: IESCO to reward workers
Employees from scale 1 to 15 will be given a two-scale upgradation on recovering dues.
ISLAMABAD:
Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) will protect and reward employees with exceptional dues recovery record.
Representing the labour union, Khurshid Ahmad demanded of the IESCO authorities that all employees holding a three years diploma, including the foremen, test inspectors and lab assistants be upgraded to scale 14 or 15 and the meter readers and field staff be provided with motorcycles.

The announcement was made by IESCO Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Muhammad Yousaf Awan, while presiding over a joint works council meeting attended by IESCO and Pakistan WAPDA Hydro-Electric Labour Union representatives.
Employees from scale 1 to 15 will be given a two-scale upgradation and the daily wages workers and contractual employees will be regularsed.
