Environment Friendly: K-P govt working to protect forests

In order to increase the area for forest the forest department is planting saplings on a huge area.

PESHAWAR: Provincial Minister for Environment and Forests Ibrar Hussain Tanoli said the coalition government is taking solid steps to protect forests for clean environment as well as to protect natural beauty. Presiding over a meeting of Reforms Work Group (RWG) he said in order to increase the area for forest the forest department is planting sapling on a huge area. The working group discussed a myriad of issues and also asked sub-committees to draft suggestions and present them in the next meeting.
