Tremors felt in Lahore, nearby areas

LAHORE: Tremors were felt in Lahore, Sheikhupura, Gujranwala and other nearby areas on Thursday, Express News reported.

The tremors caused panic in the city and many buildings have been evacuated.

The earthquake was also felt in parts of Indian Punjab.

According to the MET department, the quake was of 4.6 magnitude and originated in northern parts of India.
