Sindh police’s bomb disposal squad defused an improvised explosive device planted at a market on main Rashid Minhas Road in Gulshan-e-Iqbal. The shopkeepers spotted the bomb and immediately called the helpline 15 to inform the police. The law enforcers reached the site and evacuated the area. The bomb disposal squad defused the bomb. It is reported that bomb weighed around one kilogramme and was concealed in a box and was also attached to a timed-device. Police said they can’t say anything about the culprit and are conducting further investigation in the matter.
