Government jobs: 13 officials transferred

The Punjab government transferred and posted 13 officers on Monday.


Additional Transport Secretary Ijaz Ahmed has been given the added charge of additional secretary for welfare at the Services and General Administration Department (S&GAD) in place of Masood Mukhtar, who has been made an officer on special duty (OSD).

Ashfaq Ahmed, the Sahiwal anti corruption deputy director, has been given the additional charge of anti corruption director, in place of Adnan Arshad Aulakh, who has been made an OSD.

Mushtaq Ahmed, managing director of the Parks and Horticulture Authority (PHA) in Rawalpindi, has been made an OSD and Zulifqar Ahmed has taken over the post.

Muzaffar Khan, district officer for coordination in DG Khan, has been made an OSD, as has Kalsum Hai, deputy secretary at the Energy Department. Khadija Tul Kubra, deputy secretary at the Governor’s Secretariat, has been transferred and posted deputy secretary at the Energy Department.

Zahoor Hussain, additional collector in Rahim Yar Khan, has been made executive district officer for finance and planning in the same district. Tariq Mahmood Bukhari, deputy director for anti corruption in Rahim Yar Khan, has taken over as additional collector.

OSD Azmat Ali Ranjab has been relieved from the Punjab government and sent to join the federal government. OSD Babar Shafi has been posted additional secretary at the Transport Department.
