PESHAWAR: An Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) on Friday acquitted six suspected militants, including a woman, after evidence regarding their involvement in possessing explosives and suicide jackets could not be produced. ATC Judge Asghar Ali released Muntazera, her sons, Roohullah, Asadullah, Irfanullah and Qateerullah along with their aid Ashfaq Hussain. The court ordered the provincial inspector general police to take stern action against the SHO and DSP of Chamkani police station for their poor performance.
