Balochistan Assembly: MPAs pay tribute to Azeem Jan Buledi

Speaker adjourns session to condole the MPA’s death.

Legislators of Balochistan Assembly have expressed their deep sorrow over the death of their fellow member Azeem Jan Buledi and paid tribute to his services.


Buledi, a member of National Party (NP) and MPA from PB-49 Kech II was found dead at his residence on Tuesday in his hometown Kech district.

The Balochistan Assembly members expressed condolence on the death of Buledi in assembly’s session which met on Friday with Speaker Jan Muhammad Jamali in the chair.


Speaking on a point of order, NP member Rehmat Baloch said that Buledi had always been an active member in provincial politics. “Azeem Jan’s death has deprived us of a leader and a very sincere friend,” he said.

Gul Muhammad Dumarh of Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam said that his party shared the grief of Buledi’s death with his family and considers his death a great loss to the people of Balochistan. “We will always remain indebted to the contribution of Azeem Jan,” Dumarh said.

Other members, including Mir Asim Kurd Giloo, Zamrak Achakzai, Syed Raza Agha, Aslam Bizenjo and Yasmeen Lehri also paid homage to the services of the late MPA and expressed their deep grief over his death.

Speaker of Balochistan Assembly Jan Muhammad Jamali expressed similar sentiments and later adjourned the session in condolence of the MPA’s death.
