President summons NA session on Tuesday

Recent developments on the country's law and order and tensions with India expected to top the agenda.

ISLAMABAD:
The President has summoned a meeting of the National Assembly at the Parliament House in Islamabad on Tuesday at 5 pm.

A questions and answer session and discussions over pending legislation is expected.


The house is also expected to discuss the prevailing overall law and order and security situation with particular reference to recent incidents of terrorism in different parts of the country‚ particularly Balochistan.

The members are also expected to take up the external challenges faced by the country particularly the recent tensions brewing at the Line of Control shared with India.
