RAWALPINDI: The Rawalpindi police on Wednesday arrested two brothers suspected of killing two of their sisters in the Naseerabad locality. Dilshad Bibi and Robeena Shaheen were allegedly murdered over ‘honour’ by their brothers Maqsoodur Rahman and Naveed Ali on July 28.  An FIR had been lodged against the brothers at the Airport Police Station. On a tip off, a police team raided a house in the Naseerabad locality and arrested both the suspects. Investigation Officer Sub-Inspector Ameer Ali said that the suspects confessed soon after they were picked up. “The suspects said that they killed their sisters for honour,” the police officer said. He said that the killers were still being interrogated and will be produced in court on Thursday.
