Price control magistrates on Sunday raided several shops in the city to check the quality and rates of edible items. They arrested 11 shopkeepers accused of overcharging and fined them Rs104,200. DCO Nasim Sadiq said that the magistrates should keep a vigilant check on the goings on at the markets.
