A district and sessions court dismissed for the second time on Tuesday the bail plea of three policemen, who were arrested in connection with the escape of three under-trial prisoners from the anti-terrorism courts on July 11.
Abdul Qudoos Memon, an additional district and sessions judge in district South, dismissed the bail application of the policemen, Shakirullah, Muhammad Saeed and Munir Ayub.
Earlier, the additional district and sessions judge in district South, Sohail Jabbar Malik, had dismissed their bail application and sent the suspects to jail on judicial remand.
