Cm Suspends Sp: BHC dissatisfied over police report
Police dared to stop PML-N senior minister from taking his armed guards inside the assembly premises.

Balochistan High Court expressed its dissatisfaction over the report produced by Quetta police chief regarding the investigation into suspension of an SP by the chief minister. Balochistan Chief Minister Dr Abdul Malik Baloch had suspended SP City Samiullah on July 18 when the police personnel deployed for security in front of the provincial assembly building dared to stop PML-N senior minister Nawab Sanaullah Zehri from taking his armed guards inside the assembly premises. DIG Police Mubeen Ahmed replying to the queries of the two-member bench of BHC comprising Balochistan Chief Justice Qazi Faez Essa said the guards could not be arrested as they were on bail till August 5.
