In addition to not boycotting the Presidential elections, they will support their provincial coalition partner, the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz and their candidate Mamnoon Hussain.
The decision was announced by the provincial parliamentary board of the party during a session held in Quetta on Monday.
Provincial party president Jaffer Mandokhel said that on account of the peculiar circumstances prevailing in Balochistan and their alliance with the PML-N as part of the provincial government, the central leadership had delegated the authority to the provincial chapter to take its decisions according to its own circumstances. However, he did not disclose the final decision of the parliamentary board.
Meanwhile, PML-Q party sources said that being an ally of the provincial government, the party could go against the decision of the central leadership.
Deputy Speaker Balochistan Assembly Abdul Qadus Bizenjo, senior leader of PML-Q Saeed Ahmed Hashmi were also present during the meeting.
