Abduction cases: ATC awards two kidnappers life term
Raheel and Adnan were found guilty of abducting Ahsanullah from Defence Housing Authority in 2009.

Two kidnappers who were held in a kidnapping for ransom case by an Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) were awarded life term on Thursday. Raheel and Adnan were found guilty of abducting a man, Ahsanullah, from Defence Housing Authority in 2009. According to the prosecution, the accused kidnappers had demanded a ransom of Rs1 million for Ahsanullah’s safe release but let him go after receiving Rs150,000. Ghulam Mustafa Memon of ATC-III, pronounced the verdict after hearing final arguments from both sides.
