Anti-encroachment drive: Kidney centre razed in Gulbahar
Senior officials of the municipal corporation were present at the site along with a heavy contingent of police.

Two people were arrested, while an illegal building of the Kidney Centre, which was still under construction, was razed to the ground in an anti-encroachment operation in Gulbahar on Thursday.
Chief Municipal Officer Muhammad Saleem Khan had earlier taken notice of the illegal building but the construction had not stopped. “Now no illegal construction will take place and all construction would be regulated through the law,” Khan said. He added the corporation will not give any concession to those who are involved in such crimes.
Several senior officials of the municipal corporation were present at the site along with a heavy contingent of police. Since the beginning of Ramazan, the traffic police has arrested 140 people during its anti-encroachment drives.
