Professionalism: Media training workshop held
The workshop in Lahore was arranged by Rafah International University and the Unified Media Club of Pakistan.
BAHAWALPUR:
Students of the Media Studies department at Islamia University of Bahawalpur (IUB) attended a seven day media professional training workshop until Friday in Lahore, arranged by Rafah International University and the Unified Media Club of Pakistan. They also met with the Education minister Rana Mashhood. He said IUB students had been excellent at the Punjab Youth Festival. Earlier, journalists and university teachers gave lectures on news, documentaries, social media anchoring, editing, print and electronic media reporting, current affairs shows, drama, public relations and advertising. Students of the Fatima Jinnah Women’s University, Lahore College for Women’s University, Punjab University, Sargodha University, Leads College University and Karachi University.
