Acts of violence: Three injured in separate incidents
The attackers escaped with cash and other valuables.
QUETTA:
Armed assailants wounded three people in separate incidents of firing in different parts of Quetta on Wednesday.
One hawker identified as Mahdoom Siddiq was distributing newspapers early in the morning at Nawa-e-Killi area of Quetta when armed bandits shot him when he put up resistance.
He suffered serious injuries and was rushed to the hospital. The attackers escaped with cash and other valuables.
In another incident, unidentified armed men attempted to snatch motorbike from a person named Muhammad Hussain at Qambrani Road, wounding him seriously.
In yet another incident, armed men opened indiscriminate fire in Pashtoonabad area and seriously wounded a man named Abdul Ghani.
