Shahrukh jatoi’s case: Airline’s operator granted bail
Data operator allegedly provided Shahrukh Jatoi with a boarding pass for the flight to Dubai.

KARACHI:
An international airline’s data operator, who allegedly helped Shahzeb Khan’s murderer escape from the country, has been granted bail after arrest by the Sindh High Court.
Muhammad Taha Hussain, who was employed as a data operator at the Emirates airlines counter at Karachi airport, is facing charges of preparing a boarding pass in the name of Syed Shahrukh for Shahrukh Jatoi in an attempt to hide his true identity.
It is alleged that Jatoi used this boarding pass to leave for Dubai on December 27, 2012.
Jatoi had escaped two days after killing a police officer’s son, Shahzeb Khan, over a petty dispute in the upscale Defence locality on December 25.
Hussain was booked by the Federal investigation agency’s anti-human trafficking cell in the case and later arrested by the agency.
Currently in prison custody, Hussain moved an application pleading the court to grant him post-arrest bail as there was no likelihood of him fleeing the country. Headed by Justice Ghulam Sarwar Korai, the bench granted him bail against a sum of Rs500,000 as surety.
It may be noted that Shahrukh Jatoi and Nawab Siraj Talpur have been awarded capital punishment by the anti-terrorism court which also sentenced Nawab Sajjad Talpur and Ghulam Murtaza Lashari to life imprisonment in the murder case.
