Fresh evidence: Acquitted of murder
Butt was acquitted after the family of the deceased said they had no objection to his release.

An additional district and sessions judge on Friday acquitted a man of murder after witnesses said he was not the person they had seen on the murder scene. The judge released Awais Aslam Butt who had been arrested on suspicion of killing his nephew Romail Butt. Butt was acquitted after the family of the deceased said they had no objection to his release.
