It's really not the fault of KESC, its the greed of the people who use illegal electric connections (kundas) that is taking the city into darkness. There 50 + no go areas for the law enforcement agencies in Karachi, how can the KESC be expected to take out these illegal connections? The load on the lines is not sustainable and that's the reason they will all cripple from time to time.
