SHC CJ wants authorities to make security arrangements for judges

KARACHI: Chief Justice of Sindh High Court (SHC) Justice Mushir Alam on Tuesday directed concerned authorities to make security arrangements for the judges.

The Chief Justice, while presiding over a meeting regarding law and order, deliberated on the security situation for judges.

The meeting was attended by the Inspector General of Sindh Police Shahid Nadeem Baloch, Director General Pakistan Rangers, Maj Gen Rizwan Ahmed, Additional Home Secretary Waseem Ahmed and Advocate General Sindh Khalid Javed.

The meeting was convened by the Chief Justice following the attack on the convoy high court Judge Justice Maqbool Baqar on Wednesday.
