Attack on justice baqir: Lawyers boycott court proceedings
PHCBA members demanded the government address the law and order situation.
PESHAWAR:
The Peshawar High Court Bar Association (PHCBA) has strongly condemned the attack on Sindh High Court Justice Maqbool Baqir, boycotting court duties and demanding the immediate arrest of those responsible. These demands were made during an emergency general body meeting held at PHC after Justice Baqir’s convoy was attacked in Karachi early Wednesday. PHCBA members demanded the government address the law and order situation, adding this should be the first priority of the newly-elected regime.
