According to unofficial results based on the re-polling results of 71 stations in Sanghar, Pakistan Muslim League-Functional (PML-F) took the lead.
Jam Madad Ali of PML-F garnered 22, 174 votes as per unofficial results as opposed to 17,679 votes that Asghar Junejo of Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) received.
Earlier, Junejo had dominated the results of the polling that was conducted on May 11.
Junejo had grabbed 34,559 votes against Khan's 34,053.
