On June 15, a bomb was detonated in the parking lot of the university, killing 14 female students and injuring as many as 19 other students.
When these victims were shifted to the Bolan Medical Complex, a second blast took place and as many as 14 terrorists stormed the hospice. They killed four FC personnel and the deputy commissioner who responded to the attack.
Security forces surrounded the hospice before commandoes stormed the complex and killed the attackers. At least four attackers were killed while one suspect was arrested.
The outlawed sectarian extremist group, Lashkar-e-Jhangvi (LeJ), claimed credit for the grisly attacks.

This was a very sad incident. It raises serious concerns about security. All incoming ways to Quetta are checked by FC and police then how are terrorists able to transport and carry all these explosives in the city?

WE NEED TO ISOLATE RELIGION FROM OUR STATE AFFAIRS.Pakistan constitute needs to be changed and pakistan should become secular state just like america and the whole Europe. In Europe or in america religion has got nothing to do with state law ans affairs.
We need to apply true democracy in our country ,there should be religious freedom for all the followers.There should be clubs,pubs and Casinos and then its up to people where they want to go .just like in EUROPE and in America where we see better muslims than pak,and those muslims choose mosques not clubs ,pubs or casinos.Remember there are unofficial pubs and casinos every where in Pakistan.just make him legal and put them out of the city.If we really want to get get rid of religious extremism then we must change Pakistan into a secular state and ban all the out fits like shameless L J.There should be strict rule of law and very competent security agencies.If any one breaks the law should be behind the bars,just like in Europe and america.Did not we identify our enemy so far? Asserting some people and throwing them behind the bar is like applying some ineffective ointment on a cancerous tumor.
Those who fill young minds with such level of hatred should be identified and confronted ideologically by leading religious scholars, sociologists and psychologists. Roots of this evil are widespread and a multipronged strategy is needed to eradicate it.
Who says ladies in Islamic societies are underprivileged and incompetent ? They are far more skilled than our belief . Western ladies should learn these things from Islamic society.

It's because security didn't search under Burqa . If they had checked those ladies properly or banned burqa , this thing wouldn't have happened.

Security forces should not leave any body from body search whether make or female so that such incidents should be avoided at other places in the country.
When one talk about the security : no body should be spared at any cost.
